Subscription management

A subscriber can change the parameters of his subscription in his personal area. Flexible settings controlled by the click of a mouse enable customers to plan their anti-virus expenses and change their subscription parameters easily.

Activation

A one-month subscription period begins as soon as a subscription is taken out.

Renewal

Subscribers do not need to do anything to renew their subscription. This happens automatically every month.

Suspension

A subscription can be suspended for 1, 2, or 3 months, eliminating the need to pay for the service while on holiday or away on long business trips.

Change of subscription packages

Customers can change from one subscription package to another at no extra charge.

Subscription termination

A user can terminate his subscription at any time. It will remain active till expiration of the paid period. An installer download link in the personal area becomes hidden. However, all information for generation of another installer is stored on a server without any time limitations. If a customer resubscribes, the download link will become available.
