The grouping makes administration of subscribers’ anti-virus security easier and provides exceptional scalability of Dr.Web AV-Desk.

Joining computers in groups allows specifying configuration parameters for all workstations in a group with one command and starting one job on all machines included in the group.

Individual updating schedules for each group load-balances network bandwidth and a data-server.

Administrators can apply different security policies to different groups. For example a group A (experienced users) can be allowed to change settings of anti-virus components while a group B (inexperienced users) will have settings for their anti-virus components specified and applied by a service provider.

Different payment options can also be specified for different groups.
