System requirements

The minimum system requirements for the anti-virus server can be found in the documentation that can be obtained after filing a request for the fully functional demo version of the software.

Below you may find hardware requirements based on the number of subscribers a provider has.

The provided configuration is expected to support a certain number of concurrent agents online.

100 users online.
Intel® Pentium® IV 1.8 GHz, 512MB RAM, HDD SATA 2.0 7200rpm (10 GB free disk space). The internal database of the anti-virus server is used.
1000 users online.
A dual-core 3GHz CPU, 1GB RAM, HDD SATA 2.0 7200rpm (recommended RAID 5, 20 GB free disk space). PostgreSQL DBMS is recommended to manage information about the anti-virus network.
5000 users online.
Dual-core Intel® Xeon, 2,5GHz, 4GB RAM, RAID 5 (SCSI, SAS, 50GB free disk space). PostgreSQL DBMS is recommended to manage information about the anti-virus network.
10000 users online.
Quad-core Intel® Xeon 2,5GHz, 4GB RAM, RAID 5 SATA 2.0 7200rpm (10GB free disk space).
PostgreSQL DBMS is recommended to be run on a dedicated server: Quad-core Intel® Xeon 3GHz, 8GB RAM, RAID 5, (SCSI,SAS, disks 10000rpm, 100GB free disk space).
High-speed LAN connection between the servers.
20000 users online.
Two quad-core Intel® Xeon 3GHz, 4GB RAM, RAID 5 SATA 2.0 7200rpm (10GB free disk space)
PostgreSQL DBMS is recommended to be run on a dedicated server: two quad-core Intel® Xeon 3GHz, 8GB RAM, RAID 50, (SCSI,SAS, disks 15000rpm, 200GB free disk space).
